Taste of Persia began with a simple belief: that the food you'd cook for family should be the food you serve to strangers. Chef and owner Javeed grew up around Persian kitchens where saffron, fresh herbs, and slow cooking weren't techniques — they were how you showed people you cared.
Today, in the heart of Maple Ridge, that same spirit fills every plate. Kabobs are grilled fresh to order. Rice is steamed and crowned with saffron. Stews simmer for hours until the meat gives way. Everything is halal, and much of the menu is naturally gluten-free.
Whether you're grabbing a quick koobideh on your lunch break, hosting a weekend breakfast of haleem and kaleh pacheh, or ordering trays for the whole office — you're family here. Welcome to the table.

Weekend breakfast 8 AM–12 PM · Lunch daily from 11 AM. Private parties can extend hours (up to 2 AM) by arrangement.
Parking in front and behind the store. On busy weekends you may also use the neighbouring dental clinic's spots.
